Students can use Gmail to collaborate, submit assessments and for communication. Notifications from other G Suite services will be sent to students’ Gmail inboxes.

Log on to MyPL to learn how to make email work as a method of communication (staff only) and learn things such as access your email, set up a student distribution list, add attachments to your email and send to students.

Students log in to their department G Suite for Education account using a web browser or select a 'Personal device' icon on this page to download the app to their own devices. Use username@education.nsw.gov.au and your portal password to use the app.
